Camp Jinka wouldn't be half as good or as much fun
without our amazing volunteers!

My name is Lauren and I am a social work student at Monmouth University. I enjoy working with adolescents and children in need, I wrote a grant seeking transportation funding for Camp Jinka this past spring. I volunteered my time this summer to help out with the various activities Camp Jinka has to offer.
Victoria Ovanesian:
Hi, I’m Victoria Ovanesian, and this is my first time volunteering at Camp Jinka. I recently moved to Little Silver, New Jersey from Huntington Beach, California. It’s been a nice change of pace, ya know, being surrounded by all of these new, loving faces. I’m going to be a freshman at RBR Highschool next year, and I can hardly wait to become active in more projects like Camp Jinka. Volunteering here has given me a new outlook on life, showing me that even in the most tragic events, hope and the will to live can still shine through, proving that sometimes good things are hidden amongst the bad ones.
