Welcome to Camp Jinka!
Camp Jinka is a free summer program offered by the David S. Zocchi Brain Tumor Center at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ to kids and teens whose lives have been impacted by the diagnosis of a brain tumor. Children attending camp have a loved one that is battling a brain tumor or has passed from one. Some are even survivors themselves. This unique camp offers creative indoor and outdoor activities while encouraging expression and connection with others having a similar life experience.
Camp Jinka, a collaboration between the David S. Zocchi Brain Tumor Center, Middletown Arts Center, Poricy Park and the Jinka Foundation was just selected by The New Jersey Parks and Recreation Association as the “#1 Therapeutic and Wellness Recreation Program in the State of New Jersey.”
