Fossil hunting and visiting Porcey Park was an adventurous day spent with my friends at Camp Jinka. All of us excitedly hopped in to the van anticipating what we might find there. It was amazing all you had to do was move your foot around in the sand and fossils were easily found. Everyone went home happy having found an ancient piece. After we went fossil hunting we returned to the Middle Town Arts Center and all ate lunch together by the lake. All of the children hoola-hooped together by the lake after lunch while a few of the boys played tag. That night my younger brother came home with a fossilized shark tooth. During dinner he shared his findings with my parents. It was great to get out and have fun with my friends while my mom took my nana to the doctors. That day kept me so busy that I did not have time to worry about my nana. Thank you Camp Jinka.
